Hourly Rate Starting at: $16.50

Description: Explore the Community! Adventure, Hike, Create, and Engage with the Community!

*Business located in South Portland, ME

Spend your workdays exploring the coastal and wooded hiking trails in Southern and Central Maine, or spend time in the vibrant city making art, volunteering, or engaging in agricultural experiences-- all while supporting individuals with intellectual uniqueness as a great team!

Include, but not limited to:
* Advocate and serve as an appropriate role model for the individual, and treat them with dignity and respect.
* Participate in developing and carrying out plans to meet the needs of the individual.
* Organize, supervise, and interact with the individual supported.
* Be creative with planning activities in the community.
* Transport individuals in the community in a company van.
* Complete required documentation.
* Other Duties as assigned.

*No Previous Experience Necessary

REQUIRED TO HAVE:

* HS Diploma and/or HiSet/GED/Transcript
* Willingness to undergo Background Checks in accordance with local law/regulations
* Have an acceptable driving record and background checks (including criminal, APS, CPS, Driving Record and More..
* Have a valid driver’s license; issued in the USA
* Auto Insurance on Vehicle; name must be listed on policy and/or as a covered driver on the policy
* Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
